oo man lisne to the words lol. "Quit my job this morning said forever I would hold my head up high Cause i need metal in my life Just like an eagle needs to fly" Yea, manowar has bestest lyrics We have our own manowar here in finland, it's called teräsbetoni (translates as reinforced concrete). Their lyrics are pretty much like that and it's pretty hard to keep a straight face at times. And oh yes, they sing in finnish Been to their gig a couple of times (always w/o a shirt of course...). Anyway, here's their first (and arguably best) song, sorry for the poor quality, couldn't find a non-live from utube

Yep, they do say Moosea Why do they have no t-shirts on? I thought Finland was a cold place Oh and they're not bad, more the sort of sound I'm used to (music wise) rather than the KoRn stuff!

I guess there is a major outbreak of these street drummers in New York City, but this is the first one I have seen. I'm impressed. www.wimp.com/drummerstreet/

OK, been on a clip watching kick for some reason.
Here are a couple from bands I enjoy.
A young AC/DC. The lip synching is bad, but clip is still good. I like Brian Johnson but wish I could have seen Bon Scott perform.
Check out the sweat pouring off of Ian, awesome.

AC/DC are just awesome!! and the Jethro Tull clip was very good to! I just wish I could play a musical instrument good enough just to make up stuff on the spot and still have it sound that good! Went to see Black Sabbath at Wolverhampton Civic Hall and the band went off stage and left Cozy Powell to do a 15 minute drum solo. I thought 15 mins of drums...rubbish! He did 25 minutes and I was amazed

Speaking of Sabbath, another sweet performance.
I'm very happy that I got to see all the originals together at Ozzfest a couple of years ago. It looked like it was going to pour their entire set and then during their last song the thunder and lightning finally let loose and we got drenched. It was awesome.

Can't go wrong with ZZ Top. ;D too much time on my hands today but this is a classic I love all things Zeppelin, but I never understood the fascination of Stairway to Heaven above a lot of their other songs. Here's just the Jimmy solo section from Dazed and Confused. His use of a bow always kills me.

Hadn't seen that clip before, thanks Abe; and using a bow I've seen before, just can't remember where

Yeah I saw them a few times!! Good gaming music!!! ;D @ Oakey - thanks for making me late - saw stairway to heaven and had to watch it! As a smoker it wouldn't be right for me to let Pink Floyd be missed from this topic. so heres one of my favs from them. Also how can Janice Joplin not be here? ? Thats wrong - I'll put it right now!

;D cheers Abe great track, even better live, i bet speakers on my system don't do it justice, but then you can't beat live. moosea its a great track but it has some history behind it for me when i first heard it, friends, drink, green and a whole lot of fun, just reminds me of some really great times ;D Pink floyd oh yes Dark side of the moon (money) (brain damage) (Eclipse) all good tracks @sd Ramones another good band alot of these bands need to be seen live even a good sound system can't do justice. every time i work away i'm always on the look out for a bar with live bands mostly new bands but still makes a great evening

I've been trying to restrain myself but moosea posted some Pink Floyd so I have to contribute. They are my favorite after all.
Here's one of my favorite live action scenes from The Wall. All of the animated scenes are fantastic so I would recommend it just for them.
I would highly recommend the video Live at Pompeii for anyone who even slightly likes Floyd. Here is Echoes from that in two parts. Be prepared for about a 20 minute show if you watch these.
David Gilmour and Roger Waters have both released some excellent live shows in recent years. Here is Dave laying down an amazing acoustic version of Shine on You Crazy Diamond.
and again playing a Syd Barrett cover.

Was listening to The Band today so I had to post some clips from The Last Waltz, arguably the greatest concert film ever made.
