Ok, here's the deal.

I was playing on Vanishing point the other day. I got kinda annoyed by Hazik's bindings spamming the whole chat about rules. I used my binding after that (something like nice try..., don't have it anymore) 2 times, and I got banned from the server.

Why banned? I haven't even got a warning or something like that, at most a mute. I would have stopped at a warning, I'm not stupid.

And Hazik, if you read this; please explain why you didn't accept my friend request when I tried to talk to you about this, that's kinda childish.

Ok here's the real deal,

Admins are allowed to put up server messages so that players are aware of the rules. Admins can and do send out these messages as and when they feel it is appropriate.

Players who spam the server with lots of binds will be removed.

And comon, warn before you ban, you wont make any new member this way

.. and we really don't like that kind of people on OUR server, and do remember it's OUR server where WE put up as many BIND'ing-lines as we feel and like and want to. It's like.. in your own home you can piss on the floor if you like.. if you do it in MY home I will cut your dick off

Oh and the thing with getting NEW members, sometimes we kinda got a little TO many to pick from really

Mmm...played the same night with these lot on TAW and they were giving 1 TAW member shit (on his own server ) about using a hyperblaster!!
Why they want to abuse other players I don't know!!
But I do know it's unacceptable and as such, it's worth a ban!!

My question is to H did you warn him or just ban him?
H we need your input on this and that is why I told him to post here to find out what really happened that night because I was not there I have no idea how to answer this ban

And for the rest of you it looks like he guilty before the fact are out
I think we need to hear from H first before we hang this one out to dry

Fact is that some of these Toxic guys are very rude and provocative to others. I'm not saying that ALL of the clan are such, but someone is, and I do apologize to the decent ones that may be in Toxic who would not be such as we have seen SOME of them the last 5-6 days.

ok this is why i banned him even tho he knows why i did becouse i told his clan friends and im sure thay have ts or some other way to talk to. so i think this is abit pointless

the night befor the ban me,moosea,dave,ouch and some others where on a server with them. thay desided to to start bing dicks to dave calling him names and what not. thay also called moosea names to. thay made some binds what had dave name in them that were very rude. also thay invite zeta on to the server and he started joining on there sided as soon as he got on with out even bing a part of it from the beginnig.

right night of the ban
about 4 of them came on to are server and im pretty sure i didnt spam any thing untill after i ban him what makes me think he has been told what i siad. anyway he desided to spam something he spammed the night before at dave. as thay know me and moosea was there the night before i tock this as them being totly disrespectfull and antagonize. after then ban i talked to 1 of his clan menbers where i told him why i banned his clan friend and that if thay want to keep playing on are server thay can as long as thay play nice and not 2 b disrespectull and follow are rules.

nope i didnt warn him and a part of me dose feel like i should of so i will say im sorry that i didnt warn him and im sorry to him. if the rest of you think this banshould be removed then im ok with it as long as he says sorry frist.

Thanks for the input on what happened
Was villermen involved in all the name calling comments the night before? If so then the ban should stick but if he didn't do anything I would lift the ban

The night of the ban this guy was spamming the server.

The previous night him and his clan mates were rude and offensive to myself and to Dave.

To then come to our server and start acting like idiots is asking for a ban and that's what he got.

I don't think anyone has ever been banned for nothing?
I wasn't there when he was banned but, I do know the abuse someone in Toxic gave to the TAW member was unjustified!!
Not nice and not needed
It's just a game; so there's no need to insult other players!
It's just not tolerated here
BAN!! although, I always like to tell them first to behave! ;D
