Hey Guys! ;D

The English teacherof Tilo and mine too, ordered us some days ago to do a writing about a place and to describe it. And that is my writing

Description of a place:

River is one of the most famous towns in Europe. The River castle is near the town and is aparently quiet but in The Second World War it was very thereatening because the allied soldiers attacked the axis to steal its secret documents. A lot of people died.

The weather isnt very good because it is always cloudy and with cold tenperatures. There is also lots to do and see. In the town there are a lot of monuments in honour of the soldiers of The Second World War, for example: McNite, Kach, Rep., R.X., ... . Also you can visit the castle which is very spectacular. On the exit of the castle there is a shop, whose name is UBC´s souvenir shop, and you can buy souvenirs of the castle.

River town is a great place to visit. It is a quiet place to walk and also you can swim in the river which is near the castle.

After six month's of staring at while trying to learn the basics of mapping I believe it is a real place myself.

It's actually very cool to hear about the map referred to in the context of being a real place.
