Looking for clan to join

I've been playing ETQW online and would like to join your clan.

I'm a regular gamer and I play for fun. I'm not terribly interested in XPs, but don't mind them either. I like to play for the team and to have a good time.

What I'm looking for is a group where I can coordinate my actions a little, so it won't just be a chaotic aimless shootout.
