Ok here we go: after Rebus said he knows someone who could do nice banners and McNite figured out how to actually implement them into the forum structure, we now need some ideas for what the banners could actually look like.
I can provide all the files I have from doing the homepage, with the UBC logo etc.
So bring on your ideas ;D

I think there should be a pic, either warbell or river in the banner (or both), server ip & the logo on there also would be ok, keep the ideas coming..

We should do a pinkish banner for the soon-to-open girls board ;D
And yea, i think we need a bit of River and Warbell in the banner too, maybe some scenic screenshot or something?

That one looks nice. The release-pictures for Warbell are in this threadI can also provide you with the photoshop-file of them all, so you might be able to do the banner in the style of them if you like. I m sure i have the Redux-release pictures too somewhere. |

I like it as a first go. Maybe there could be a line like "RtCW - Enemy Territory Fun Clan" in the diagonal black area that divides the both areas with pictures of River and Warbell? What I dont like much is that the logo looks like a elephant sat on top of it  I m not really sure about the pic of River too, because it doesnt really display a very typical view of that map. A pic with the red tram would be recognised much easier. For the footer maybe a banner with only the book, the tram, the logo and "UBC - RtCW Enemy Territory Fun Clan - public ET server (IP here)"? Keep up the cool work! |

cheers for the feedback nite, havnt been keeping too well l8ly, so havnt been able to concentrate properly or put as much time into this as i'd like to, thx again for the ideas/direction, gimme a few days to get into the swing..
