After playing on your server today and reading all this I guess it's just a plain ole case of someone has a little power and some smaller brained followers.
I'm an old school gamer and created one of the oldest still active gamer clans. My clan was based on good sportsmanship in the arena. In other words we were the good guys. We had several servers and played on some others. When we ran across one like your's we just didn't go back and yes, I won't be back to your little self serving server.
There should only be 3 rules when playing especially if you are to play like the game was set up to do. 1) No cheating! 2) Respect all players. 3) Play with honor!!!
I've heard all the whining about camping, spawn camping ect... going back years to Q3 and a few other games. If the game was designed so you couldn't do that then you wouldn't be able to do that.
You'll find you will forever be kicking people and you have to admit some of your decisions to do so will be wrong which comes with a not so good reputaion...
So what do you call it when a spawn point has radar, a hammer deployable and such. Doe's this mean you can't go to that spawn and destroy those deployables when they are using them against you?
Well that's what I was doing today. I jumped to the spawn, took out radar, a hammer and a sniper. Jumped back to my base and fought till they redeployed everything then I would repeat. I was kicked and banned by someone on the other side when it started getting close to the end of the game.
Same thing happened yesterday on another foreign server except I was by my base shooting everyone going up a hill and taking out deployables when deployed. We kept getting hammered by the Ansi so I would try and go to their base and take it out when I could. Woot kicked and banned by someone on other side.
When I entered your server I didn't see any rules but what it really boils down to is who can really judge these actions fairly.
Obviously it's the pencil D--- whos stuff I'm either blowing up or making hard for them to win.
You must have really fragile ego's to not only make up your own rules for a game but to abuse those rules when frustrated. I won't be back here or to your servers so you can write something colorful or lie to add something to your little spines. I just hope this post changes someones idea on cowardly tactics which in my view is a form of cheating. Your only cheating yourself...

umm the ubc do hav there rules up all the time.
Every few seconds the high command says a rule. So theres ur first mistake.
Second mistake is that if u dont like rules on a server, leave, plenty out there.
Thirdly im sure that u being an old school gamer no that in many games, e.g battlefield 2142, cod games and quake, there has always been many servers with many rules on spawnkilling.
And i aint in ubc but id thought id just point u out those mistakes of yours (p.s thats not all of them) b4 u tell them how to run their own server.
As i think they are great at running it.

Edit: u refer urself as 'the good guys', that is not fact. Only your opinion. Every person has a different view on what they would call 'good guys' as u called it.

so you got ban and kick from a server the day b4 for doing the same thing. well ever you are abit dumb or you just dont Respect the servers or players. As this is the 2nd time it has happen to you in a row. tack it a lassion that poeple dont like spawn killer or spwan campers. when you learn from that then maybe you wont be kick so much. every server you go on has diffent rules that is just how it is. spawn killing and spawn camping are just for noobs who have no skill to kill any1 in a fair fright as im gess that is what you are. i have been killed meny time when spawning b4 even touching the floor. i used to play half life deth mach and in that you could sit on there spawn and kill ever emein b4 it even spawn porple. im pretty sure the game wasnt ment for that to happen so there for you do need no spawn killing/camping rules. As for you not even coming back to the server again well good we not need noob skill poeple like you. but you not coming back to the form to see what the replys are well then you are just a cowerd who likes to give complane about stuff and not hear a respone. so if some1 needs to gorwn a back bone its you

Yes take out their deployables as a covy/infiltrator with guile and as Tard 1 put it honour
