as for your question,

why was I shooting at the wall?

well I had just been in contact with a hyper blaster.

if I keep shooting when it comes up the steps and around the corner ill get first shot on it. as you can see i had no hp and i was backing off, it was the only way to survive.

also look at which part of the wall im shooting at, not the side the strogg enemy could have been at, and I obviously dont have a wall hack, I didnt know he ran off lol

K mates, lets just settle this peacefully. I can assure you that he is not a cheater. I´ve been playing with him for quite a while now. He is fucking anoying, thats true, but its not cause he`s a cheater. He`s just a good player. Hope that you rethink your ban McNite. I think you are a reasonable guy. I´ve had a lot of good public scrims on your server, so try to sort out this misunderstanding. There´s already too few good qw servers around and Vanishing Point was always a good adress.

basically I have been banned off a server for using cheats.

I would like to give all the information I need to ensure to these people that I do no cheat.

I am appealing the ban on their forums, and they are just coming abck with your a cheat.

when you spectate somebody with their ping and your ping it seems liek the crosshair does not hit the body or the head, you cannot ever be sure unless you take punkbuster screenshots, and yes you can do that
I will prove i do not cheat, i have nothing to hide from punkbuster.

you are able to have your opinion whether i cheat or not but im telling you your wrong. but please, im innocent untill proven guilty. and unfortunately im innocent throughout.

my bullets are on the heavy side? I listen closely to the game(footsteps, weapons being pulled out) I look at my radar all the time(radar tracking) I know the maps inside and out, I know the weapons and the tools im given to play with... not my fault im better than some or as good as most.

its only in the last couple of weeks ive improved... i must admit i was not as good as i have become but calling me a cheat with no real evidence is a bit lame. and it shows your scared of something as your pushing out the experienced players with no proof of a cheat.

now when i prove i dont cheat i would expect an unban as this is what its all about, I have dealt with it in the right way.

but please, once i have proved this, dont just look at a player and say he cheats just because his kill/death ratio is higher than 5.

If you still arent convinced by the demo of the game that he was kicked for, feel free to join any public server, that emex including stephenblood is playing on and you can spec him all day long if you want. Its only gonna prove you wrong imo.
When i first played against him when he was still in qf i suspected him to be a cheater too, but reconsidering and specing him a few times in addition to opinions from other skilled players i was proven wrong.
And by the way, why is it that you think he cheats while as you say other people from your clan beg to differ?

this is the one and only rebelrebel, I have played against him many a time, and he has seen me go from strength to strength, he alone should know im not a cheat, but i received a private message saying this demo proves I was using a hack/cheat, I cannot wait to see this and show the public eye.

I will get the opinions of some of the most skilled players on the game, maybe ill talk to dommafia on xfire and ask him to take alook too...

also i would ask you how meny qw server are there? i wouldnt know how meny all together but i would say there and alot and so if you got ban from 1 or 2 server would that stop you from playing on the others?? i would say no. so why all this on here?
lets just say we both disgree on this matter, live and let live. we have not told are other clans firends about him. the only 1 who seems to be bring atension to himself is stephenblood.

First of thanx for your reply Hazik. I agree with you that this matter is taken way too far and one should just live and let live as you say.
But still i have to wonder, why wasnt this rude behaviour you are talking about brought to this discussion earlier? I would appreciate you giving me links to where this has supposedly happened.
Nevertheless, if its true i dont understand why it took you so long to come up with this explanation for his ban. Instead of accusing one of my clanmembers of cheating (which would ultimately result in emex beeing a cheater housing clan) you could have just replied:
"stephenblood, you have showed rude behaviour on our server and in our forums and ignored warnings to quit it and for this reason you are banned now".
If the explanation is so easy i think you could have put an end to the discussion way earlier.
By the way, i have viewed the demo twice now and there is no rude behaviour explaining the ban!
Instead stephenblood was giving good support to his team reacting to medic requests and stuff. The ban finally definitely seems to be the result of him beeing suspected a cheater. You can watch the demo and see for yourself.
Of course this was the last map of the campaign and i have seen no proof that nothing happend in the rounds before that.
But as far as i know stephen as a player i cannot imagine that he did more than his usual showing off about his skill, which you can easily relate to with humor as i always do.
I would appreciate if you could back your acccusations with some proof.

Regarding your question about the number of qw servers you are of course right that there are still plenty of servers to play on but as i mentioned before within those many servers there are only a few that are constantly frequented by skilled players (thats at least for servers that have a good ping when your like me playing in the eu and dont like the massively crowded servers but prefer 8vs8 to 10 vs 10.) and Vanishing Point has a good reputation as such a server in my eyes. (Others would be i.e. the QF servers, Stroyent Addicted,dtk and a few others).
Seeing it from this perspective i wouldnt wanna loose any option of servers to play on.

Let me conclude expressing my wish that you guys and stephen try finding a way to settle this peacefully and maybe you can find a way to sort out things so well that the ban is lifted. I think this would be nice and we can all just go back to kicking each others asses ingame .
