@mc there will be no ranked servers, all servers will be the same

Bit more info about the game:-

No Vehicle combat according to 'sokal'

Speed of play.........MP is using ETQW engine

Team sizes.........8v8 rumored

Reload speed eg: MP40 seen video show 1sec

weapons (unconfirmed) its unknown which weapons will be used in SP or in MP mode but the list is as follows
MP40, KAR98, MP43, Shotgun, Mauser (scoped), MP42, Flamethrower, Particle cannon, Tesla cannon, Stick nade

there is still alot of info unconfirmed at the mo but go to wolfenstein.com and sign up it is updated often.

there is however alot of clan interest, post and recruiting going on, to name but a few, Acid rain clan, =WF=, (ET) ,{PRZ} ,s3 Pink taco bar, {MOFO}

It says the mp follows the ET style, so there were vehicles, but only as objectives. That s not too bad. But 8on8??? Gosh I hope that s wrong...

Here's some info on multiplayer that I was able to find. I've been a little nervous with the lack of info out there with as close as the release date is.

There are some things that sound good, but there are some things that make me a little leary too.

Great find Crab!

The good news:
They did concentrate on creating a balanced infantry based multiplayer part, and it has Stopwatch, Objective and Deathmatch mode (and I hope some kind of Last-Man-Standing), that sounds great.
As for objectives: "protect vital research documents"... now this sounds like DOC RUNS ;D ;D ;D

We ll see about all the other new things. I remember that I didn't think it was a good idea to introduce XP and upgrades when ET came out, but it worked out well, so I m sure the developers did a great job on this one as well
